Research Opportunities

Graduate Research

If you are interested in pursuing graduate level work in the LMCL, follow the normal application procedures for the Department of Psychology or for the interdisciplinary program in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science.

Undergraduate Research

We are often recruiting undergraduate students to help with research in the LMCL. Juniors and Seniors at the University of Maryland can work in the LMCL for course credit in PSYC 479 -- for more information on this course, visit the Psychology undergraduate research page. In most cases, we ask for a two semester committment at the 3 credit level (9 hours-per-week).

It is also possible to do your honors thesis research in the lab as a part of the psychology honors program.
